Everyone should have those favorite sayings to live by. Sayings that, when read, something just clicks. Maybe gives you a laugh, or just makes you think. Over the years, I have collected sayings from all sorts of places, the Bible, bumper stickers, lectures, and even random thoughts that just popped into my head. This list will keep growing, but here are some of my favorites so far. I hope they inspire you, encourage you, or at least make you smile.

These verses and sayings ground me. Prayer is not just a routine, it is a lifeline. They remind me that no matter the storm, peace and strength are possible when faith leads the way.
Sayings That Make You Laugh
I dusted once. It came back. I am not falling for that again!

Sayings That Keep It Real
The same people who judge you are the same people who are not doing a stinking thing for you. Their opinion does not mean crap!

These are the “truth bomb” sayings. The ones you nod your head at because you’ve been there. Sometimes we just need to be reminded to ignore the noise, set boundaries, and focus on what truly matters.
Sayings for Parenting and Teaching
Teach your children that it is okay to disagree with someone, but it is NEVER okay to hurt them for their views.
I’m just a regular mom, trying NOT to raise Liberals! (Yes, I saw this on a bumper sticker!)
If people are talking about you behind your back and they are not coming up to you, let them stay behind you.
Forgive people in your life, even those who are not sorry for their actions. Holding on to anger only hurts you, not them.
